London Chocolate is part of the bean to bar revolution and makes only small batch premium chocolate. Created in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf, an area with a history spanning hundreds of years for merchant trade with exotic locations – cacao and sugar have been arriving at these docks since 1802.
To produce our chocolate, we travelled the globe to source the world’s very best fine-flavour beans, all of which we import from individual plantations. And to make sure they are as happy as we are with them, we pay well above market rate, and give 5% of our profits to sustainable charities. But the real star of this story is the chocolate itself. We use only use two ingredients – cacao from our partner’s hand selected beans and natural cane sugar.
