Lou Cox is the super passionate head brownie baker & founder of B is for Brownie which launched in the summer of 2015. The brownies are gluten-free, and baked with single origin Madagascan chocolate from the forests of Sambirano, and Colombian chocolate from Tumaco - two very different flavours.
