Aztec Gold Chocolate has created a selection of exceptional handcrafted, bean-to-bar, single origin, chocolate bars for you to enjoy. We have chosen the Criollo variety cacao bean from central Peru to craft most of our bars. This bean is considered one of the best in the world.
Ethically sourced from a co-op that supports small scale cacao farmers in Peru and teaches them organic, sustainable farming practices. All our chocolate bars are vegan, dairy free, soya-free, gluten free, non-GMO & free from Palm Oil.
We use naturally nutrient rich organic, unrefined coconut sugar to sweeten our bars; this is sourced from a company based in Bali that supports sustainable agriculture. All our ingredients are traded fairly and our packaging is recyclable.
We are excited to be bringing new single origin dark chocolate bars to The Brighton Chocolate Festival; this will include the recently rediscovered Gran Nativo Blanco cocoa bean from Piura in Northern Peru and a bar made from the beans grown by the Arhuaca tribe in Northern Colombia.
